Shannon graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She then attended the University of Southern California, where she pursued her law degree as well as a master’s degree in journalism. After graduating, Shannon completed a fellowship at a non-profit organization in San Francisco and has since devoted her time to employment law as well as general civil litigation. Shannon is licensed in the state of California and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit and the Northern, Central and Eastern Federal District courts of California. She focuses her practice on Labor and Employment law and is a member of California Employment Lawyers Association. In her free time, she enjoys writing, skiing, hiking, and kayaking.
Joe received his undergraduate education at Rice University in Texas, where he earned his bachelor's degree in History, Political Science and Economics. Joe returned to California to begin his legal education at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Joe is licensed in the State of California and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit and the Northern, Central and Eastern Federal District courts of California. He focuses his practice on Labor and Employment Law and civil litigation. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, hiking and is an avid snowboarder.
Nina completed her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in three years with a degree is psychology. She continued her education at USC law school, graduating from the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. After graduation Nina began practicing as a commercial litigator. She soon changed her focus to matters of intellectual property in the entertainment industry. She has worked extensively in film finance, drafting investor agreements, disclosures and advising on SEC compliance. Nina has litigated distribution and production related contracts in the courts and before the Independent and Film Television Alliance. Nina has combined her experience in litigation, commercial contracts and film business organization/structure to focus on negotiating and drafting agreements on behalf of actors, writers and producers as well as assisting new productions in their business structure and strategy. Nina works of counsel for Seibert & Bautista from her Raleigh Studios office in Los Angeles. She is licensed in the State of California and is admitted to the Northern, Central and Eastern Federal District courts of California. In her free time, she enjoys camping, meditation, traveling and yoga.
