Shannon Seibert

Shannon graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She then attended the University of Southern California, where she pursued her law degree as well as a master’s degree in journalism. After graduating, Shannon completed a fellowship at a non-profit organization in San Francisco and has since devoted her time to business and employment law as well as general civil litigation. Shannon is licensed in the state of California and is admitted to the Northern, Central and Eastern Federal District courts of California. She is also on the board of the Twain Harte Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and kayaking. 

Joe Bautista

Joe received his undergraduate education at Rice University in Texas, where he earned his BA in History, Political Science and Economics. Joe returned to California to begin his legal education at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. After practicing civil and business litigation in San Francisco and Los Angeles, Joe and his partner Shannon decided to return to the Sierra Nevada and chose the beautiful mountain town of Twain Harte to start their practice. Joe is licensed in the State of California and is admitted to the Northern, Central and Eastern Federal District courts of California. He is also a board member on the Twain Harte Area Chamber of Commerce. He still enjoys hiking and fishing, and is also an avid snowboarder.
